Mega Block on Main Line and Traffic Block on Harbour Line on 7.2.2016

MEGA BLOCK o­n MAIN LINE AND TRAFFIC BLOCK o­n HARBOUR LINE o­n 7.2.2016

Central Railway will operate Traffic Block o­n Up and Dn Harbour Line between Vashi and Belapur for connecting newly laid Up and Dn Harbour line between Nerul and Belapur and Mega Block o­n Main Line suburban section between Matunga and Mulund o­n Dn Slow line for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 7.2.2016. The details are as under: -

TRAFFIC BLOCK o­n HARBOUR LINES
ON UP AND DN LINES BETWEEN VASHI AND BELAPUR FROM 2.00 AM TO 10.00 AM

Suburban services will remain suspended between Vashi and Belapur during the Traffic block period. However special suburban services will run o­n CST Mumbai - Vashi - CST Mumbai and Panvel - Belapur - Panvel section during the block period.
Trans Harbour line services will run between Thane and Vashi / Nerul as per time table o­n 7.2.2016.

FIRST SERVICE AFTER COMPLETION OF TRAFFIC BLOCK:
Panvel local leaving CST at 8.23 am
CST Mumbai local leaving Panvel at 9.10 am
Panvel local leaving Thane at 11.12 am
Thane local leaving Panvel at 9.02 am

MEGA BLOCK o­n MAIN LINE
BETWEEN KALYAN AND THANE UP SLOW LINE FROM 11.15 AM TO 3.15 PM

Up Slow and semi-fast line services leaving Kalyan from 10.47 am to 03.04 pm will be diverted o­n Up fast line between Kalyan and Thane stations.Up slow line services will not be available at Thakurli, Kopar, Diva, Mumbra and Kalva stations. Passengers of these stations are permitted to travel via Dombivali and Thane stations.

All Dn fast line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.42 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

Up fast line services leaving Thane from 10.46 am to 3.26 pm will halt at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar and Kurla stations in addition to their respective scheduled halts and arrive destination 15 minutes behind schedule.

All slow locals arriving and leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am to 4.00 pm will arrive destination 10 minutes behind schedule.

Due to these blocks, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains. Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused.
